Anything Nou can do, we can do better…

So Eto and the mighty Barca stars have a fracas, and then are pictured hugging the very next day. Rijkard says its all a nonsense, nothing happened and we’re all mates.

Well not wanting to be left out of the media party, LFC have decided to go one better and have a bust up and makeup (hugging again…) all in one day on the Algarve, except this time it seems nothing really did happen.

From Craig ‘BAD BOY HELLRAISER’ Bellamy alledgedly felling some Norwegian wood in the shape of chopping off John Arne’s ankles, to the entire team being held responsible for completely destroying a restaurant, led by Robbie ‘REBEL BAD BOY HELLRAISER’ Fowler. Apparently it all kicked off when Riise refused to sing Fog on the Tyne with Bellamy and Jermaine Pennant passed a glass of sherry to Gerrard (Steve ‘HELLRAISER AND IN OK THIS WEEK BAD BOY’ Gerrard via Jerzy ‘TO ME OOPS DROPPED IT’ Dudek.

Dudek dropped the glass, the busys were called and before you can say Ole Rafa, a riot broke out.

Or someone made a bit of noise and someone had too much cheap wine. Make your own mind up.

Meanwhile the photos of hugging best chums Johnny, Xabi and Craigy has reassured us all that young men out on the piss never ever argue.

All I can say is with our Spanish contingent, thank god the tapas were ok.

Meanwhile we’re playing a team who dismantled us with some beautiful stunning football at Anfield (losing 3-1 to one of the finest goals I’ve seen scored against us) yet we managed to beat 1-0 courtesy of a penalty of MacCallister. I’m still hoarse from that night.

I travelled to see us draw 0-0 at the Nou Camp, except we were so high up, the plane just dropped us off, and the only player I could discern on the postage sized stamp was ol Emile, only because he kept falling over.

Here’s hoping we don’t hold them to a tricky draw tomorrow night, but beat them 7-0 with Fowler and Bellamy both scoring hattricks, with Riise getting the winner after Dudek takes a corner for us.

Alex Ferguson amazingly gave Liverpool some credit by saying his team should aim to emulate our success in Europe. Well let me put it this way, i was born a Liverpool fan and my team were born for nights like these, European away and home. I hope our players can do the team justice rather than the justice serving notices on the team. Here’s to tomorrow night and I can’t wait for the 6th to roll on. Sing up and on, and let the world know, Liverpool are in Europe and that’s where we belong.
